We build the quiet
machinery behind
ambitious software.

A small studio of engineers and designers shipping custom AI agents, LLM wrappers, smart contracts, and hand-coded web products — end to end, with no templates and no guesswork.

What we do

Four practices under one roof. Most engagements touch two or three.

  1. i.

    Custom AI agents

Purpose-built agents that plan, call tools, and hold state — wired into the systems your team already uses. We ship with evals, guardrails, and a clear handoff, not a demo.

    • Claude & GPT
    • LangGraph
    • Tool use
    • Observability
  2. ii.

    LLM wrappers & copilots

Product surfaces that make a frontier model feel like your own software — retrieval, prompt layers, streaming UX, billing, and the unglamorous plumbing that keeps it cheap and fast.

    • RAG
    • Vector stores
    • Streaming UI
    • Cost controls
  3. iii.

    Smart contracts

Solidity written to be read — audited patterns, exhaustive tests, and deployment scripts that don't surprise you on mainnet. We'll say no to anything we can't make safe.

    • Solidity
    • Foundry
    • EVM chains
    • Audit prep
  4. iv.

    Fullstack web builds

Hand-coded web products — not page builders, not bloated templates. Type-safe from database to button, with design that earns its keep and performance budgets we actually meet.

    • Next.js
    • SvelteKit
    • Postgres
    • Design systems

How we work

Small teams, short loops, written thinking. We write down decisions so you can argue with them later.

  1. A. Scoping week

One week, fixed fee. We leave with a written spec, an architecture sketch, a cost model, and a go/no-go recommendation you're free to take to anyone.

  2. B. Build in slices

Two-week slices that end in something you can use. No back-room work, no mystery demos — progress lives in a shared environment from day two.

  3. C. Ship & instrument

We launch behind feature flags, watch the logs with you, and leave dashboards, runbooks, and an engineer on call during rollout.

  4. D. Handoff or extend

Clear code, written decisions, recorded walkthroughs. Hand it to your team, or keep us on a monthly retainer — both are common.

Selected work

Our flagship product, plus a snapshot of the kinds of builds we take on for clients.

i.

Telegram & messaging products

Mini Apps, bots, and payment-driven chat flows. We use the same hardened patterns that ship in Dayplanner — verified auth, recoverable reminders, deduped webhooks.

  • Mini Apps
  • Bot API
  • WebApp SDK
ii.

LLM-powered web apps

Type-safe React or SvelteKit on top of frontier models, with retrieval, streaming UX, billing, and the cost-control plumbing that keeps the bill predictable.

  • OpenAI
  • Claude
  • RAG
  • pgvector
iii.

Smart contracts & on-chain tools

Solidity written for clarity, with Foundry coverage and deployment scripts that don't surprise you on mainnet. Available for greenfield protocols and considered upgrades.

  • Solidity
  • Foundry
  • EVM chains

We'd rather ship one careful thing than four generic ones. Every line of code we write is one we're willing to read out loud.
